Parish Plan

Hambledon has produced a Parish Plan, which is a vision for the future of the Village that encompasses the whole community's views and therefore allows people to have a greater say in their own affairs. A number of questionnaires were designed to capture the village view of Hambledon as a Community, also covering Public Services, Facilities and Environment; Village Groups and Activities; and, Local Shops and Businesses.  The resulting document explained how the village sees these services now and how they would like to see them change in the future.  This was adopted in 2012 by both the Parish Council and by Winchester City Council, who will use this as a guide for the future.
